The our grape cultivated on these steep hills produces a sparkling wine via a process of refermentation in tanks (Metedo Charmat). The visual aspect shows an elegance wine with a fine foam and a persistent perlage; its bright straw-yellow colour preceding a marked and delicate aroma.
