The Pinot Grigio grape is a bud mutation of Pinot Noir. A dry white wine, it captivates the eye with a slightly coppery colour, released by the pigment of the skins, and has great elegance and character. On the nose, it captivates with floral and fruity aromas, acacia, hawthorn, apple, ripe plum, and even citrus notes. The palate is structured, fruity, savoury, engaging, and persistent on the finish.
