Chardonnay Veronese Perantonie IGT BIO 2024 Fasoli Gino

We planted the Perantonie vineyard about 30 years ago, among the first to be introduced in the Val d'Illasi. Driven by the search for an aromatic grape variety for the production of sparkling wine, Chardonnay Perantonie has revealed over time ideal characteristics for the production of a great quiet white wine. This wine represents the evolution and adaptation of Chardonnay to the Veronese terroir, offering a unique and refined interpretation of this international grape variety.
